I cannot make transfers into my bank account.

I had a customer pay for a service on August 27th and ever since then my account has been getting verified and I can’t reach anyone in customer service. I can’t get a call or email back and I get no communication from this company at all.

I'm in the same boat.

I've used the Square Card twice last week and my Balance was frozen. I called in and they fixed the issue, I used the card a second time and they froze it again. My balance has also been frozen since 8/27/21.

 

Since the last call I made, calling service, chat have become unavailable, and email support has not responded to me anymore. I had replied on another post and it was "moved" but does not say where (my profile cannot find my post either).

 

I have not had a single fraud charge, I am not new, there is no chat support, I have not received a single email response, there is no phone support. This is extremely aggravating, I need my funds. This is a deal breaker for me, I'll have to look for another service.

 

What good does all this cool technology from Square do if they have Balance transfer issues. The most important thing is making sales and receiving money.

I am having the exact same issues. They froze my account for no apparent reason. There is no way to contact anyone here and the DO NOT respond to emails at all. And email is the only way to try to communicate with them at all. At least you were able to contact them by phone at first. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I too have never had a single fraud charge or anything. They didn't even contact me to tell me they were freezing my balance. Nothing. No communication at all !!!

Same here. My account has been frozen as well. I can not use my Square card and I can't transfer the money into my account. Sadly, I had to call a friend and accumulate a small debt so that I have access to money! Even when I have my own in a Square account that is not allowing me access to it! Ridiculous!

Wow...I was able to transfer some funds on 8/30 right before it froze the next day. Rent/Bills are due today and I would have had to do something like that too. And like you said it's "Ridiculous". Lesson learned, I won't be keeping my funds in Square anymore I'm going to start transferring every $500 or so.

Same issues on my end as of close of business September 1st and continuing today. My balance will not increase and now allow withdraws nor can I contact any one about this. All while we have limited access to Square Appointment and Teams apps and again no support to back us up.
