I have paid to someone via Square up. Seller claims that the square up already initiated my refund. But it's been 3 months it's not reflected in my bank. How can I directly email to square to know the status of refund?

With that being said, I'm happy to still provide you with some general info regarding refunds. There is no need to "claim" a refund, as the refund is sent automatically to your original payment card. Since you are still unable to locate these funds after 21 days, you are welcome to file a dispute with your card-issuing bank for the original transaction. Once a dispute has been filed, we can pursue this issue further.
