Help verifying my identity – I have a International passport

Hi,
I am trying to set up my Square account in Australia and verify my identity using my Colombian passport, but it has not worked. I also have an Australian Photo ID, but I don’t see an option to use this document.

I tried reaching out through the help button on the website, but I couldn’t get a solution there either. I need to activate my account as soon as possible so I can start receiving payments. I would really appreciate your guidance and support to complete this process.
