Having trouble trying to upload requested legal documents as requested by square

Square has requested legal documentation after two years to verify account before transferring my funds , have spent hours trying to upload the information but it won’t finish loading,absolutely useless website no one to talk to no help I will be looking for a more user friendly version for the future,buyer beware!!!!

If you've not already tried, we recommend using google Chrome or Firefox from a computer or laptop to complete the verification form.
