@RenuBioHealth2 Best advice I can give you is to follow all of the instructions in the email they should have sent to you. This is an account specific question and the forums won't be of much help here. I can tell you from experience, I have seen most account freezes happen on newer accounts with very high dollar amount transactions that are considered "not in person" where you are not dipping/tapping a chip card at a physical location. Fraud is very high so those kinds of situations just throw red flags everywhere. The other situation is a large number of chargebacks or large transaction chargebacks. The quickest way to get help is to log into your online dashboard and click the help icon at the top right of the page and follow the instructions. Second is to find the email and follow those instructions.
