Has anyone been under review for security purposes and been told it might take up to a week to lift?

Square has my sales hostage I am unable to make any transfers,I called customer service and they said my account is under review for security purposes because I logged in thru an unrecognized device ! According to them they can take as long as a week . I advised them that I am a small local business in my community and I pretty much need access to my funds on the daily to be able to remain open but they did not care nor did they resolve anything for even though i explained it was me who had logged in to my dashboard from another device. So be ware square can pretty much keep your money when ever they feel like it for how ever long they feel like it . I haven’t been happy with square for a while but still have remained a loyal customer but after this I’m not sure anymore.

Thanks for reaching out! I understand your frustration but rest assured that this isn't unusual. We periodically review accounts to ensure customer security. Transfers will not be available until we have completed this review. Unless Square contacts you for additional information, no action is needed and your balance will be deposited into your account in 1-2 business days.
