Hi there @ComputerResale - Thanks for reaching out to the Seller Community to bring this to our attention.
As, @JK_Fiber_Art mentioned, it would be best to connect with our Support Team so they can check your email logs on your account. Be sure to not select any links or open any files in the message you received. If you’ve entered your credit card information, please contact your bank or card issuer immediately. Any official emails from us will come from an “@squareup.com” or an “@weebly.com” address. You may also occasionally receive emails from our parent company Block, Inc. from an “@block.xyz” address.
To allow our team to investigate this message further, please forward it to [email protected]. Be sure to also mark the email as spam and delete it from your inbox. You can learn more about recognizing and reporting phishing scams in our Square Support Center here.
I hope this information is helpful but please do let me know if you have any additional questions.
Hi ComputerResale,
If you unaware of an upcoming withdraw from your account - hopefully, you did not click on any links in the email. Did you look at the sender's email address, that's always the first thing to look at as it's probably not from Square. There's not much else that can be said at this point as the Community is not the same as Customer Support. If there is something suspicious going on with your account, you may want to contact Customer Support as they can look at your account details.
