Facebook Marketing Campaign Not Visible in Campaign Options

Hello, 

I have read through the how create a marketing campaign here:

https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/8412-create-marketing-campaigns

It says that when I go to the Campaign page, click create, I should get to choose Facebook. I am signed up for paid Marketing and I have linked my Facebook page but my only option is Email.

Any insight is greatly appreciated!
