Edit Linked Bank Account

The title of this thread has been edited by a Square Moderator from the original: "Online Square transactions are going to the wrong bank account."

My Square account is set up with two bank accounts which are assigned to two locations. In addition to Square app purchases we also receive transactions from our Web Site.  When these transactions come in they are going to the wrong bank account.  I need help changing the bank account for online purchases.

Hmm...if you're not seeing the option to select from multiple locations, you may have multiple accounts vs multiple locations under the same account. I suggest reaching out to our support team, so they can take a look at your account and see what's going on. You can connect with support here.

They should be able to get to the bottom of this for you!

You can view and edit the bank account linked to each of your locations here on your Square Dashboard. If you have any issues linking your bank account, you can refer to the troubleshooting steps in this Support Article.

This did not work -- the drop-down menu -- which I saw on a You Tube video-- to add an account is NOT enabled on this page -- I had already tried this and was unsuccessful.  How can I get the drop-down menu to work?
