To clarify, have you found an unknown charge on your bank statement with that payment description?
Transactions processed through Square will include 'SQ*' or 'Square' in the payment description on your bank statement. If you see 'SQ' or 'Square' followed by a business name other than yours, it might indicate a purchase you made as a customer with another Square merchant.
As a first step, I recommend using the Square Receipt Search Tool to try and locate the digital receipt associated with the payment. If you still don’t recognise the transaction, please contact your bank, and they’ll assist you with filing a chargeback.
