We used to get receipts forwarded to us from our patrons once they have renewed or paid for their Out of County library cards. It would come from [email protected] and would contain what was purchased the card type time / date stamp receipt code and the Auth Code.
Now are getting a different receipt (change seems to occurred this week) that is not being sent to patron and then the From is Square Payment Links via Library Financial Services email address [email protected] and it provides a date / time stamp, the amount, product purchased, customer details and last four of card number. There is a button but it requires a permission level that we do not want everyone to have.
How can we get back to the first type?
