Dashboard privacy

Hey all, i have not been this frustrated with a service that charges 3%, at least with Paypal i could get to a competent person in US. Really worked up and frustrated right now so please bare with me.

 

I have given up trying to get to a human being in US who knows product they are " supporting" and or is able to comprehend English.  The messaging help is useless and is not in US, their grasp on English is limited. They keep asking for pictures, if you use dashboard this is as clear cut as it gets. They may be able to type but have no ability to comprehend. I called 1800 and got same result a well as question "what do you mean in US".   Customer service is worthless they dont know the product they are servicing.

 

To the question. On invoice creating tab, how can i remove total sales to date which is shown top left .  Alternatively,  is there a privacy function/button in dashboard that i am missing, for business settings where customers have the ability to see the monitor.

I apologize for any confusion. I am a US Square Community Moderator who uses the Dashboard. 

 

1. You cannot remove total sales to date. 

 

2. No there is no fuction/button in dashboard where customer have the ability to see the monitor.

And this is exactly what i was talking about, may i please talk to someone in the states that actually uses Square dashboard.

For god sake why why would you ask me completely irrelevant question .... such as

 

" hoping to give your customers access to the Dashboard directly?" When did i say a single word in reference to any of that.  How in the world did you manage to extrapolate THAT from my question unless you are intentionally messing with me.  Please dont " help" any more. This is why i am here, because of answers like that is why i ended up here asking for help from real Squre users.

 

 

Guys someone help me out i am about to have a coronary, how does anyone take what I asked and come up with that!! 

 

How much clearer can i make this!?
