DISPUTES UNFAIRNESS

Im starting to seriously reconsider SQUARE! 

My restaurant is struggling currently due to the disputes of Square. And after reading the different issues on the seller community I've noticed that lots of people are also victims of this SQUARE failure of a system!

All disputes we received so far, ALL of them were fake and we have video footage showing the actual customer (who is claiming he has an unknown charge on his CC) picking up his order. However, there is no place to upload the footage when challenging this dispute. They just have a section to write our counter argument and a section to upload a document saying the customer is waiving his dispute (L O L). How would this help me in challenging the dispute????

And when I reach out to support to insure there is NO way to upload the footage in the dispute, they "passively aggressively" say that there is no option whatsoever.

 

But im curious, im seeing complaints over this subject since 2019! Wasnt this flagged to Square?

Anyone's experienced this before? is there a way to upload the footage beforehand?
