DEACTIVATED - EVERYTHING??

So I get it. We have been deactivated without reason or any option for recourse appeal or 2nd chance. CS just hangs up on us. Basically telling us to pound sand.

QUESTION is: What happens with our payroll? Is that still active because I get that Square wants NOTHING to do with our Credit Card Processing (million over the yrs BTW). But our payroll? Will we still have access to the dashboard ability to use it? Can employees now use our POS as Fancy Time clock only? I mean Square still would get their $53 a month from the payroll account they are connected with. And they can still pay our payroll taxes right??? 

Or does DEACTIVATED mean just go away and never mention are name on your lips again?

That is an interesting question, and I don't think any of the Square Users here can answer that.

If it were me personally, I would be looking elsewhere if you can't use Square for the POS anyway.

I agree. I am looking now. But hard to find an all inclusive system that does full payroll and processing. We will likely end up with two systems. I was wondering if it still worked to give me some time to find a replacement. But their AI I asked today said NO, the systems are linked. Appreciate the advice. Will be leaving Square for everything.
