Thanks for your response but it's telling me once again phone support is not available from laptop, and from my mobile device. Now our transactions are not appearing in our reports. We can see transaction happening on 18th and 19th, but when we run the report it is showing one transaction out of 40. I've reached out through emails 8 times now, I don't know what else to do here. We been using square for 10 years and never had this problem and the one time we desperately need some answers they just ignoring us. Do u have any other advise? I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else becuz this ain't cool. Not getting any support is even worse. It definitely is a glitch but my business is interrupted and im running out of options other than pulling the plug. Would like not to do that but if transactions are missing and support is not available, I don't see any other options.
