Customer support

Square has suspended my transfers and I don’t know why. How do I speak to someone in support? Email gets me nowhere and my money is being held hostage.

While we're not able to look into account issues via our Seller Community forum, you may have missed a previous email notification from our Account Services team - I checked with our support team and it looks like you were emailed early March with further instructions. If you're not able to locate this email, you can still respond to the request via your online dashboard - you should see a notification here. You may need to provide some information about your business as part of a verification request.

I very much appreciate your attempting to help me get to where I need to be, however I have two Square accounts and the issue is with the other account.  Email is with Live.com on that one.  I attempted to get that "setup" completed but may have missed something.  Don't see how to get back into set up on that account to resolve any issue.  I am happy to upload documents but again can't locate how or where to do this.  Can you recommend a more direct route to get me to the support team?
