Coupon code did not expire on exp date. deleted it and customers can still use? Help please
I put an expiration date on a coupon and customers were still able to use it after that date. So I deleted it and they still were able to use it. This is not the first time this has happened. Please help!!
Are you able to delete the "old" coupon code, then make a new one using the same code? After you get the new code activated are you able to disable it possibly before it expires. Never had this happen, but that is what I would try to do. 🙂
