I have tiers set up on my payroll. After the first $1,001, employees will receive 40% commission. Everything is set up correctly for each team member.
For the past 5 months Square has been computing the WRONG math and uploading it as the commissions and overpaying my employees. I have contacted square multiple times and the appointments, payroll, and tech department cannot figure out what is wrong. Square has been losing my company money by incorrectly inputting the wrong commissions each week.
