Card processing is not enabled for your account

My account has been verified the last thing remaining in the "set up" is to accept payment. However, both on my desktop and terminal, there is a message that appears each time stating "Not Activated!" Card processing is not enabled for your account..." Need help to solve this problem! I am unable to access the application again to change any information. When I tried to deactivate to try to start from the beginning the message states that I am unable to even deactivate as the request has been declined! 

Please help!
