Hey, I got a “Not approved to accept credit cards” message from Square. I double-checked my info and everything seems right. I used my legal name and current address. Has anyone had this issue and found a solution?

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your Square account. Did you happen to receive an email from our Account Services team? It sounds like they may have requested more information about your business and, based on their review, determined that we’re unable to support your account.
I understand how frustrating this can be — especially when it happens unexpectedly. Unfortunately, we don’t have visibility into the specifics of their decision, and in most cases, these decisions are final and cannot be appealed.
