We are not a CBD business, but sold one CBD product. Received a notice that we needed to apply for the CBD program. I tried to contact square support twice to resolve the issue, but rather than someone responding to my emails (since they have disabled the ability to make a call), I instead received a notice today that the account was suspended pending this new application. I would rather just not sell the products in my office since the registration really does not apply to us and the fee is higher. Has anyone had a similar issue?
Don't have an answer for you but am intrigued by this. We recently added some (very little) cbd products and want to avoid and interruption of service.
