Available balance is zero after four days. Why?

I executed a credit card transaction using the Square reader. I received a confirmation email the next day but after four days, my available balance is zero and no transactions have been posted to my bank account. Where's my money?

Yes.  I have a bank account linked.  The one cent in and out was accurately recorded.  I'll reach out by phone.  Thanks.
