App constantly crashing after the latest update

Can someone confirm this please and fix it

The latest update App is horrible it has been crashing constantly throughout the day just after we have updated the App.

Is there anyway to revert back to the previous version as this latest version crashes every other transaction.

So far we have 87 crashes from 10am to 7pm all throughout our operation.

Can someone help we want the older version NOT this update.

Hi @pdiner,

Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear you're having trouble with the Square Point of Sale App.

I'm not aware of any widespread issues like this - though are you able to let me know:

- Make and model of the mobile device you're using?

- Which version of the Square Point of Sale app is currently installed?

- What version of the device's Operating System (eg Android or iOS) in use on the device?

- Do you currently use any other devices with any of Square's apps installed, and if so, is it happening across different devices?

I'll do my best to help, though do note our support team will be better placed to assist with this issue - you can give them a call on 1800 760 137. Lines are open Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm Melbourne time.

Hello Seamus

We don't have other app as this is a dedicated Ipad for POS

Square Stand

Printer Star Tsp 100

Ipad Air IOS 12.5.5

Model MD788CH/A

The app crashes every other transaction

We just try to live with it as  we don't have any choice anyway

We are using Squate on other mobile devices but it doesn't crash as mobile is only for viewing reports

The crashes happens just right after this latest update

Hello

The crashes never stops

It occurs every other transaction

This is getting unbearable as we are busy and we don't have enough staff to trouble shoot this error

We just tried to live with it
