Any one have problems with their sales reps?

I have gone through 2 sales reps and one sales manager and never gotten a response regarding my account. The first rep gave me a quote for prices for software and a flat rate processing fee. Which included the free implementation and training. I have since been charged full rates for software, I'm being charged a 30 cents transaction fee, and have processed over 50k then I received an $844 bill for implementation. which they didn't upload all the products correctly we had to hire someone to put in all the descriptions to the products add all the images and correct all the duplicates that were entered. We never received the training that was said to be part of the implementation. We were told to be part of the waitlist beta that never happened. They were supposed to go over my website design never happened.  Not to include that this has been going on since Nov of 2021. The first Rep passed us to another Rep after he failed to have our inventory uploaded by Valentine's Day, at that point we were upset so we started with the next rep who come to find out isn't a sales rep he never replied back to answer any of our question and request for a refund for all the charges that we have in our original quote. so after calling and calling customer support and making complaints and sales manager reached out to me and told me to give him a week and to send him everything that needs to be refunded and he will get back to me in a week. I recorded every conversation I had with everyone so I sent that to him with all the documentation. this was on June 20th it's now July 26th never heard back from him I have texted his cell and left numerous messages I got one reply sorry I have been out of the office I will get with you tomorrow. I invested so much time and money into this to take this as a loss is not executable, Has anyone else had this problem?

I have nothing of value for you but would like to say sometimes it's nice to be validated with a response. So, I've been with Square for over 10 years. I've not experienced what you describe, but clearly your expectations were not matched by those you were working with. While response times do occasionally extend beyond my preference, I have found the teams to be working on my problems, even if not always proactive in letting me know. I hope you are able to find some level of satisfaction as the platform has been really fantastic and helped us grow more than we'd ever have expected from a POS.

I could only imagine the frustration since you have put forth so much effort,  truly sorry about the poor experience you have had so far with Square. 

 

I just want to be on the same page so I don't waste anymore of your time, and we get this resolved quickly. 

 

Are you wanting a refund, and waiting to hear back from the Account Manager on that? Or are you still wanting to negotiate the processing rate, get the training, and move forward setting up with Square? 

 

When you have a moment if you don't mind confirming.
