Answered all information requests successfully but still no response on transfers being disabled

Does anyone know how to get square to actually respond to service requests? 

Are transfers have been blocked for a month while we wait for anyone to do anything about it.  We have completed all the information requests successfully and it says they should respond within two or three days.  It's been weeks with no response to emails even though they say they will respond within 24 hours. 

No response on any of the information submitted even though they say they will respond within two days and it's been weeks.  At this point how are they not liable for just stealing our money for no reason.  This has to be a problem that would run some small businesses out of operation.  They have zero respect for their customers or what they are doing to them
