All Cards Declining on All Devices

All credit cards are being declined on Magstripe card reader, the chip card reader, tap, and manual entry. I also attempted to test my Square Store online and it never processed the sale.

 

I am not new; I've had this account for years and have never had a problem. Every card shows as processing, then ultimately declines.

 

We logged me out and logged my husband in using the same phone and hardware, and sales went through fine under his account. So it is not my hardware. It is my account.

 

I've checked through all settings, toggled some items, reset my phone, etc. Everything shows up in my device management of being ready to accept payment. There are absolutely no indications of an issue.

 

Has anyone had this issue of every single card declining on all hardware?

 

ETA: I just discovered my Square store is declining all cards, too. I have 46 pages of declined card transactions. It never notified me. The first decline was January 31. Whatever went wrong, did so in January.

I should add: this is via iPhone, but again, my husband's Square account worked fine on it, but mine does not.
