I'm a business owner wanted to pay my microsoft, adobe, and google workspace bills, added money Monday morning around 130-2am, account was under review couldn't pay said bills, called and talked to at least 12 agents told the account would be fixed Monday by end of the day then told the same today, now account deactivated, I didn't breach TOS, I never took any customer payment to have chargebacks, and no suspicious activity. Only added $45 opened account in December, the customer service was terrible I was talked to like I was on flavor of love, they constantly repeated themselves about ETA when I'm asking for someone to follow up because I'm receiving contradicting information every time I call, I am homeless, I don't have much money the money was for a clients project what do I tell them? I'm sorry you'll get the money back in 90-120days? Horrible way to treat a customer
