Account under review for several weeks

I have over $1200 on my balance that is not transferring. This has been going on for several weeks. It says my account is under review, but there is no status for that. Definitely been more than a few days. I called last week and was told to expect an email and be sure to follow the verifying instructions. I have never received an email. I NEED MY MONEY! Anyone else experiencing this? What else can I do to get my money? Also, daily it shows transferring but it never does.
