Account deactivation

We received an email form account services on Feb 11 stating:

 

"Our Account Services team has reviewed your account and determined that we are no longer able to support processing your payments. Starting today, your account with Square is deactivated."

 

This was totally out of the blue, with no explanation. 

 

When we went to use Square on Feb 12 it was not allowing us to take payments. I logged off and signed in again to a different location and we were able to take payments. 

 

I am still worried we will be deactivated again, as there was no reason given, or no warning.

 

We are a mobile hot dog cart, so obviously not a restricted product.

 

Has this happened to anyone else, and how were you able to resolve it?
