I registered on square and bought the card reader device. But square failed to verify my identiy. anytime i put my address and passcode it failed.

This is the message i always see whenever i try to verify my identy. Worse verification process i have seen online ever. 

I think i wasted my money buying the card reader as i can't make use of it.
