RE ARBITRARY HOLD ON FUNDS

The fact that I cannot speak to a live customer rep has left me determined to move to another provider.  Square arbitrarily declared they would hold back 20% of MY COMPANY'S receipts; then reversed this action; then change it back again all within 10 days and no explanation.  

I HAVE NEVER HAD A REFUND OR DISPUTE IN 15 YRS OF OPERATION AS I PROVIDE CONSULTING SERVICES.  

 

Square is a major disappointment.
