Ability to export cash drawer data into a CSV

As a multi-site retailer with over 85 stores, it would be ideal to export all cash drawer-related data in two formats:

1. A tabular per drawer format.
   
2. An list with all paid ins/outs, including the amount, description, and the team member who processed
