A consent form required to book?

I would like to send either a link after booking  to a digital consent form or make it a requirement before booking for a customer to sign a consent form. Is there a way I could do so/send a message to clients automatically when they book so I could send them information automatically when they book. For example, the consent form digital sheet, company address, etc.
