We are using the Square Appointments app and would like for a customer to be able to check-in when they arrive - which would update the system.
We would also like to be able to show on a TV screen, the image of a barber or stylist, and indicate who is next up for each barber - and then show the wait time.

Currently, our colourists, use a form that they fill out during a consultation with a client, then they keep a copy of it in the backroom. Would it be possible to add this form to a customer's information in the directory? I see that we can add files to a customer's information - but it would be easier to review and modify the consultation info directly in Square.
Also - we need to be able to create launchable waivers that when a customer comes for a service that requires a waiver to be signed, that we can go into their customer information, click on a button to launch waiver, the waiver opens in a window, the customer can read the waiver, then at the bottom sign the waiver, then click to accept and the waiver would be saved to their information area. Each time they would come in, they might need to sign again so the buttons for each waiver would always be there, and a list of the waivers signed - with the option to view and see date signed, etc - would be awesome!
