I have created passcodes for my employees, I’ve even given them full permission. When I open square it asks for a 4 digit pin. It will not accept anyone’s but mine (master pin). From there, I can’t log in any of my other employees unless I log out but their pins do not work on log in screen. What am I doing wrong?!?!

This article may provide you with some clarity on how you can set up your Team Members. A device code is used to allow your employees to process transactions. If you decide to use their email address to create a password this will give them access to other settings within your Square account.
