Appointment Confirmation/Reminders - my email address not showing up

Hi there, I'm setting up Appointments right now and noticed that in all of my tests, the signature line at the bottom of the confirmation emails look like this:

 

My business name

'

My phone number

 

How do I change it so that the line with just a little dash is replaced with my business email address? My email address is entered in all of my business information settings already.

Would you mind clarifying specifically what you are looking to edit in regards to your Appointment Reminders?  I seem to be following you in regards to your signature line, but unsure of what you mean in regards to the little dash.

 

Feel free to include some screenshots into your post if need be! I will keep an eye out for your response.

Hi there, 

 

Here is a screenshot. What I'm referring to is the signature line at the bottom, but occasionally I get the same issue with the client's location as well (as also seen in the screenshot) even though I do have his address entered in his client information area.

Hmm, is your location set up as a mobile location? Check Account & Settings > Business > Locations to pull up the location details.

 

If it's set to mobile, try switching to physical. @KElliott

Thank you for replying. It is set up as a mobile location. It is a mobile business, so I would prefer not to have my own address on the appointment reminders. 

 

I would really like the signature line to show up as ...

 

(Business Name)

(Email Address)

(Phone Number)

 

Instead of ...

 

(Business Name)

,

(Phone Number)

 

... like it currently does, even though my email address is entered in every possible place it allows it to be in my account settings.

Hi there, @KElliot - thanks for your patience here! 

It looks like formally placing your email at the bottom of this page would be considered a Feature Request - specifically in relation to a Mobile Business. The field settings for confirmation reminders are set, not leaving much room for flexibility.
