Acuity Integration

Hi!

 

I've just recently set up Square to take payments on my acuity booking page,

for some reason, all of my clients deposits and full payments have not been showing up in square/being transferred into my bank account.


Any ideas on why this could be/where the money is?

Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear you're having trouble locating payments!

 

You should be able to always view your balance and a history of sent deposits via your dashboard.

 

While we're not able to look into private account info via our Seller Community forum, please feel free to call our support team on 1800 760 137. Lines are open Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm Melbourne time.

 

Also, if you have PayPal set up as an option with Acuity please check your PayPal account to make sure these payments did not go through via PayPal.
