modifier errors today online

Hi

Is there something wrong with the modifiers today ? Im trying to add a modifier to my item that I know has 12 options in the modifier. When I select it from the modifiers and add it to the item all the items within the modifier are showing as empty! with a zero.

I have been signing out and back in all day trying to perform this one action across about a dozen items and i'm not having any success at all.

Hey @OTCF, thanks for flagging this! That does sound strange alright. We haven't received any reports of anything being wrong with modifiers recently. 

Are these new modifiers that you have recently created? Or were they previously associated with items? 

Have you made sure that they are associated with items, if they are new? You can check this by going to Square Dashboard > Items > Modifiers > Apply to items. This should show which items the modifiers are associated with. 

If they are showing as being associated with certain items, can you send me a screenshot of those settings too? I'll have another look into it using that information.
