Postage issues

Hi i have tried to set up all free uk postage and a flat rate of £10 for international. When i put in uk address to purchase it still tries to charge me the international rate not free uk?? Ive set something up wrong here?? Help me 😞

That does sound odd alright. Could you send me a screenshot of how you have set up your shipping rates on your Square Online Overview page, as well as a screenshot of the charge for UK shipping on your site? Additionally, it would be helpful to provide me with a link to your website. This will help me better investigate.
