Why do my customers see "unknown transaction" on their bank statements after paying an invoice?

On their bank apps and printed statements it doesn't say our business name, it says "unknown transaction" and then gives further details the link squareup.com (the square homepage).

 

How do I correct this issue and add my business name to my card processing to reflect on statements?

@simpleblessings I'm sorry to hear about this! That's a really strange issue and not something we normally come across. Can you please check your business name under Account & Settings > Locations?
