KDS and combining orders

When we combine tickets on the register it is showing up as a new ticket on KDS. It is NOT reprinting a ticket to the kitchen so that's good. However, it is confusing when it shows up on KDS. Is there a way to fix this? Is this something that hasn't been looked at yet? Thanks!

Thanks for posting in the Seller Community.

 

From what I've gathered based on my experience with the app and this thorough Support Article, I believe that the system will show tickets received on the KDS but also ones you create. 

 

I'm surprised this hasn't been mentioned before, as I can imagine it's bothersome. I'll continue to look into this for you. Thanks! 🌠
