Where can I see the details of my estimates when viewing them on my desktop?

The title of this post has been edited from the original: Estimates not showing up on my desktop

I open a customers estimate and no information about there items show up nor the ability to add items show up niether does the amount calculations at the bottom. The customers information and estimate notes shows up is all. Does anyone know what this is? Its happening to all my estimates.

Hi there @KinArtWraps - it sounds like you may have created these invoices using the app. Although the estimate will visually appear differently on your desktop than it does in the app, all of the information should still be visible to you!

To view the details of your estimate, let's have you head over to view your estimates first. Select the estimate you'd like to view from your list, and you'll see the estimate pop out from the right side of your screen. Notice that next to the estimate total, there is a View total details link - it should look something like this:

Once you click on that link, the details will expand down from the top, like this:

Notice that at the bottom of both of these screenshots, there are a few buttons: EditMark as Accepted, and More. Clicking Edit will allow you to add items, or make any other necessary edits to the estimate. Please let us know if you have any other questions about estimates or invoices!

Thanks for the help. I did find out what the issue was. I did not notice that when I am on the estimates page, when it first opens, instead of everything being on one page form the start, there is a "next" button now at the top right corner. This was new to me, because before everything was on one page to fill out or view for edit. But thanks for the pointer I really do appreciate it.

Hi @KinArtWraps,

Stepping in for @Valentina. Glad you got this all figured out. Estimates are still fairly new so I'm glad you're getting a handle on them.

Don't hesitate to reach back out if you have any other questions. 😄
