Online Store Published - Category gives 404 error

Hello,

 

I just published my online store (love-food-central.square.site) and front page looks good, but categories are empty (snacks, salads, mains, dessert)... 404 error page not found.  In the Weebly building site, I can see all the items that I have added to each category.  Not sure if I'm missing anything.  Please help.

PS:  The Special Orders section is working just fine

@Lovefoodcentral - really sorry for the trouble with your Online Site. Is the 404 error message appearing using multiple browsers? If you haven't done so already, can you switch to Google Chrome to see if the issue persists?

 

Let me know so I can loop in our Weebly folks to figure out next steps.

Hi @JustinC,

 

Thanks for writing back.  I called in the help line yesterday and got Juaquin from Weebly to fix it - he was super helpful.  The 404 errors had nothing to do with my browser (I looked at the site on multiple browsers before calling in).  It may have had something to do with when I began creating my site - was around 6 months ago - and finishing my site two days ago.  Either way, it's up and running and we're getting orders.  Success!
