All of a sudden I am unable to add inventory quantities when I am adding new products. I am adding the new product on my computer, not direclty on the POS. The only way I am able to add an inventory counts is if I "add variation" then I am able to click on inventory and track it. Is anyone else having this problem? It just started happening this week. You can see in the photo below i cannot even click "manage stock".
Hi @AdornCapeCod have you checked to make sure you have the most recent app updates? I have noticed in the past that when we don't do that some things that normally function don't - here is a link that might help (?) - APP UPDATE

Thanks for the response. Our POS is up to date and the apps we use too, but where I have the problem is when using my laptop to add inventory on the actual square website.
Gotcha - sometimes I run into a syncing error and I will add the item, save, and re-open the same item and I can add the inventory #s. Are you adding them from the item library or from Square Online? https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/6895-manage-stock-in-square-online-store
