So an employee somehow engaged the two step verification. I go in and disable it, but when certain members of staff log in the mobile app it comes back on. Why?

We'd be happy to look into this with you. The two step verification can only be enabled and disabled by the owner of the account or whomever has access to the account. We recommend giving our Support Team a call tomorrow so they can take a closer look with you and possibly file a Support Ticket for our engineers if needed.
