I had 2 free Weebly sites. I upgraded to paid professional, but it applied the upgrade to the site I did not want to connect it to. Under managing domain, I connected my Weebly paid domain to my previous free website, so that connection looks correct. But it is still showing "free" for the site I want to use, and "professional site" for the website I want to get rid of. How can I transfer this?
Hi @kbheadley. First, I’d try unpublishing and republishing both web sites, if you haven’t done that already.
Honestly, I’m not sure this will do the trick, but I’ve been surprised before. Something about the unpublish process will often help reset internal errors that republishing alone doesn’t.
If this doesn’t work, then you need to get on the phone with Square Online support here. Be sure to listen closely and choose the option to get you to Online/Weebly/Website support team, as they are likely the only ones who can assist you in resolving this.
