The last couple of days my card transactions were not posting in real time to the transaction log. And on my square iPhone app yesterday it didn’t show any sales for 3 days for some reason. Has anyone else had this happen? It’s freaking me out.

A couple of troubleshooting steps for you:
First, make sure your app is completely updated on all your devices. On iOS, the most recent app version is 5.28. Not sure on the Android side. Sometimes the app updates tweak how the data is presented and older versions may not be able to keep up.
Second, log out of the app, force close it, and restart it. Once you log back into your account, the app will sync itself.
Let us know if these two steps don't work and we can try to dig deeper!

I would hope they got it fixed since the original post was from Dec of 2019....?
Sometime this could happen from an update for security reasons or the person taking the transaction used offline mode. I usually have strong signals and rarely have these issues. I think since 2019 I have had it once or twice, but was my cell phones issue with connectivity, since my hardwired computers could get the reports and information in real time.
