I wanted to customise Store Emails with my logo and maybe some pickup instructions, however since I have done this I realised there are large areas of blank space that appear in the email being sent to customers in the order confirmation and when the order prepared emails when viewing in a browser. See below screenshots:
Can you kindly advise how to get rid of these large blank areas?

Thanks for all the information @smashnslide! I think this might require some further investigation but before I do so, would you mind trying to update your Chrome browser and take the screenshot again for me? I want to make sure everything is up to date first.
Due to me using a work laptop I cannot update the browser, I have used this on Mozilla 11 on Windows as well as has the exact same issue.
