Store Emails - large empty spaces appearing when seeing emails in browser

@tranguyen I hope you can help me.

 

I wanted to customise Store Emails with my logo and maybe some pickup instructions, however since I have done this I realised there are large areas of blank space that appear in the email being sent to customers in the order confirmation and when the order prepared emails when viewing in a browser. See below screenshots:

Can you kindly advise how to get rid of these large blank areas?

Hey @smashnslide, thanks for flagging this, that's quite strange. So that I can have a further look into this, would you mind confirming the following: 

  • Check that there are no additional spaces between section in the email builder or after the paragraph.
  • The exact email version - is it the order confirmation email or the order prepared email that this was added to?
  • The exact version of your web browser. To find this, visit whatwebbrowser.com.
  • Your email host (are you using Gmail, Hotmail or Yahoo, etc.?)

  • The exact version of your web browser. To find this, visit whatwebbrowser.com. - Chrome 81 on Windows 
  • Your email host (are you using Gmail, Hotmail or Yahoo, etc.?) - Gmail

Thanks for all the information @smashnslide! I think this might require some further investigation but before I do so, would you mind trying to update your Chrome browser and take the screenshot again for me? I want to make sure everything is up to date first.

Due to me using a work laptop I cannot update the browser, I have used this on Mozilla 11 on Windows as well as has the exact same issue.
