Square Payroll won’t connect to Quickbooks Online

Hello!

I am trying to get Square Payroll to connect to my Quickbooks Online account. I click connect from square payroll, it takes me to a new page to login to my Quickbooks Online account, and then when I click connect again it just goes to a blank screen and nothing happens.

Any help would be appreciated as I don't want to have to go in and categorize all of these bank withdraws by hand if possible.

Hey @CaseyTreehouse! Hopefully we can get this all sorted out!

Have you tried logging into Quickbooks first in a separate tab before trying to click Connect through the Payroll section of your Dashboard? Give that a try, and then follow these steps to integrate Square Payroll with Quickbooks. 

I'd also recommend trying these Browser Troubleshooting steps.

I actually had to end up switching browsers to get it to work. I was using Safari and when I used Firefox it worked perfectly!
