Site won’t publish

I have been trying to publish my site for a little over a month now. I even waited a week or two to try it again. Still no luck. Screen stays on “please wait while we publish your site.” pop up. I’ve tried to publish from Safari, chrome and the app. My site is cfnmerch.weebly.com. I really need to get my site up and running asap.

Hi @CFN1. This sounds like there might be an unexpected internal error in your Square/Weebly account.  You need to get on the phone with the Customer Success Team here, and see what they can do for you.  They can investigate and hopefully escalate your issue to a team that can resolve this for you.

Hey @Camo7.  As I said above, this is an issue that is best addressed by customer support.  You need to get on the phone with the Customer Success Team here, and see what they can do for you.  They can investigate and hopefully escalate your issue to a team that can resolve this for you.  If your site isn’t publish and hasn’t for a while, it usually means there is something amiss with the internals of your account.
